FROM THE ASHES,
I RISE.
Adversity does not get the final word.
I speak to entrepreneurs, leaders, and organizations about overcoming adversity, rebuilding after failure, and turning life’s hardest experiences into purpose, leadership, and success.
MY STORY ISN’T ABOUT EVERYTHING THAT WENT WRONG.
It’s about what happened next.
I’ve experienced moments that could have defined the rest of my life.
I became a father at 17, after high-school I joined the Army at 19.
Served my country for 6 years.
Three days after returning home from Iraq, I lost my mother to breast cancer.
Years later, I started a business with a dream and very little else.
In our first year, we generated just $14,000. The struggle that followed
cost us nearly everything, including our home.
But failure was not the end of the story.
I rebuilt, I learned, I grew, and I kept moving forward.
Today, the company that once struggled to survive has grown into a
seven-figure business.
Becoming the person capable of rebuilding is.
SOLDIER. FATHER. ENTREPRENEUR.
LEADER. SPEAKER.
Father
Becoming a father at 17 years old forced me to understand responsibility
long before I expected to.
Soldier
The Army taught me discipline, service, accountability,
leadership, and how to keep moving when circumstances become difficult.
3 Days After Coming Home
Losing my mother to breast cancer just days after returning home
from Iraq changed my life forever.
Entrepreneur
I started a business with a dream, determination, and very little
certainty about what came next.
First Year
Our first year generated just over $14,000. The years that followed
tested everything I believed about entrepreneurship.
Rock Bottom
We lost nearly everything, including our home. Failure became
real, but it did not become permanent.
The Rebuild
The company that once struggled to survive eventually grew into
a seven-figure business.
ROCK BOTTOM DOESN’T HAVE TO BE THE END OF YOUR STORY.
It can be the foundation you rebuild from.
FOR THE PEOPLE CARRYING PRESSURE NOBODY ELSE SEES.
The entrepreneur wondering whether to keep going.
The leader trying to stay strong for everyone else.
The veteran searching for the next mission.
The organization navigating change, uncertainty, and setbacks.
The person who has experienced failure and wonders whether success is still possible.
I don’t speak about resilience because I read about it.
I speak about it because I’ve had to live it.
MESSAGES BUILT FROM EXPERIENCE.

YOUR PAST MAY EXPLAIN WHO YOU ARE.
It doesn’t get to decide who you become.
There will be moments when life does not go according to plan.
Businesses fails, relationships changes, careers end, people we love
leave us too soon, your confidence disappears, and plans fall apart.
The question isn’t whether adversity will show up.
The question is who you become when it does.
GIVE YOUR AUDIENCE A MESSAGE THEY’LL REMEMBER.
If your audience needs more than another motivational speech, let’s
create an experience that challenges people to think differently about
adversity, leadership, failure, and what they’re capable of becoming.
Your hardest chapter doesn’t have to be your final chapter.
